- Hotel is old, worn, and not sleep worthy. Needs to be properly renovated or replaced. Bad feel, bad smells. Ac unit and plumbing makes noise all night. Ceiling noise is obnoxious.
- Couldn't get downstairs room (knee arthritis) receptionist said one wasn't available.
