- Coffee was good, my wife went to get more bedding for our grandkids, the staff member did not like the pillow in the set that he gave us so he brought us a better pillow.
- The front desk was very friendly and overall our stay was great.
- We had an issue with our reservation; however, the staff was very kind and considerate, and were able to resolve this issue quickly.
Cons -
- the furnishings were a bit dated and the hallways and room had a musty smell
- The only thing I did not like was that the Z/C unit was very loud when it would turn on. I would have to raise the volume of the TV pretty loud when the A/C came on and then would have to lower it considerably once it turned off.
- This hotel is not well maintained and very dirty. Staff was not helpful and placed me in a handicapped room by the door and elevator because I did not book through Hilton. Also, there was black mold growing in the living room. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
