Courtyard by Marriott Bryan College Station

Pros +

• The whole hotel had a weird musty/moldy smell and my sheets had small stains on them. The person that checked me in was very kind and cordial. All front desk staff were very helpful though they did not seem very happy or alert.
• Check out personell kept my credit card I was given an unclean used room
• Staff was friendly & tub was nice & deep.

Cons -

• The hotel staff was rude and was annoyed when questions were asked. The bathroom looked old and not updated, the A/C was not working properly, the room was hot. This property is not what I would expect from a Marriot. I will never stay here again.
• The cleanliness is my main concern. The smell and feel of the room did not instill any confidence in me in terms of knowing that my room had been thoroughly cleaned and maintained. The place does not seem like it's being well kept.
• Bathtub looks dirty unkept old moldy and rust spots Shower curtain set too high and water escapes out of the shower Towels looks old worn and discusti Soap shampoo ..ect is not labeled where you can read what they are as the brand is what is visible.
