The service and the staff and the room was large and spacious with 2 queen option for $9

Nothing all was great

Staff was nice and friendly

omg it was like sleeping in someones basement on a 20 yr old mattress with dirty falling apart sheets and pillows. sooooo gross!!!

Not a thing!

This hotel is located next to a bar/restaurant. Sometime after midnight the bar patrons started arriving back in the hallway. They were very loud, I assume from the alcohol, and they insisted on standing in the hallway giggling and talking very loudly.

my bathroom was not cleaned, it looked like someone just missed doing the cleaning. Luckily the front desk guy helped in cleaning it as there were no cleaning crew available at night. Gym doesn't have a working water fountain or cooler.

Breakfast selection was very good and most of staff were friendly and helpful. It was a clean place to stay!

Just didn¿t like being charged for smoking when we didn¿t smoke in the room! Our friend threw his trash in the can and smelled like smoke and it lingered we tried to explain but didn¿t work. So be careful

Check in was quick and location right off the freeway

The ¿pet friendly¿ room smelled strongly of urine, like they don¿t clean the carpet regularly. There was no good areas outside to walk my dog, just hard sharp lava rocks.

Hotel was not clean. Stained carpets and chairs, bathrooms were not clean too.

Location was the best. Wanted to be on the east side of El Paso, so we could head out toward San Antonio in the AM and avoid traffic. PERFECT!!!!! Great restaurant ¿Mamasitas¿ was right next door and had great authentic Mexican cuisine.

1, Hotel room was not clean 2. Restroom was felty, had to ask to be changed to another room, which did not fulfill our expectations. 3. Front desk clerks were not helpful at all, bad customer service

Bedding was dingy and was torn. The AC unit squeaked and rattled loudly all night and was miserable.

Very clean and easy access to I-10, without hearing the noise.

Onley 1 exit for Hotel, instructions made it sound like two! Had to park out back, was very dusty! (We had a big rig)

Comfortable bed. Clean Quiet. Relaxing stay after driving 970 miles.

The bedding was way below standard! Awful actually. Sheets were threadbare and not nice at all!!!

Easy access from I-10. Well lit, felt safe. Room was in excellent condition and very clean and comfortable. 3rd floor room was quiet all night despite busy restaurant across the parking lot. Hot breakfast including Texas-shaped waffles. Friendly staff.

Convenient to the interstate, had plenty of truck parking, places to eat close by. Staff was friendly, room was clean.

Room was not very sound proof. I could hear other guest in their rooms all around and hear guest walking in the hallway outside my door.

They wouldn't print me a receipt and that was extremely frustrating. Never had a hotel refuse to print me a receipt. Mad me very mad because I need it for travel reimbursement.
