It was close to my job

I was there 9 days and THEY NEVER changed my sheets. I had to get towels . The time they brought towels they didn’t bring wash cloth . The halls were filthy , worst beat western I’ve ever stayed at .

The air conditioner worked well. The bedding was clean. The front desk staff was kind.

The room fixtures were in poor repair...doors stick, handles seemed broken. Outdoor access door (near back staircase) seemed broken or insecurely latched. And drinking water was hard to find (only in the lobby). Water is a basic necessity!

Yes, housekeeping knocked on our door at 8 in the morning and woke us up. Check out was at 11. We had a very long trip the day before so being woken up wasn?t ideal.

Light bulbs missing, not all outlets work, breakfast was terrible, watery eggs no sausage no juice no yogurt no fruit, no staples

Very clean and staff was very nice.

Mold in the bathroom. Housekeeping never came to clean our room.

More than I expected for what I paid. Staff very kind. Room clean, water hot and a/c excellent.

KC absolutely amazing. I told her about my apprehension because of the reviews. She was grateful we came in anyway. The first room did have some minor things, she gave us another room anyway.KC &  the housekeeper in that room deserves a gold star!

Reviews mentioned brown water The entire town has brown water and it's from minerals and an aquifer That water was glorious for my skin and I was thoroughly grateful after having driven through NM&TX my skin needed pampering They should bottle & sell it!

The only room left was a smoking room. Everything including the supposedly clean towels was saturated with cigarette smoke. The windows don¿t even open to get rid of the smell.

That we decided to leave and not stay.

The room was filthy, Bed sheets were stained. Towels were stained. Blood on door knob to bathroom. Urine on toilet seat and floor and the room smelled like urine. We had to leave.

Nice hotel with courteous staff. Room was somewhat noisy, being it was on ground floor next to busy roadway, but sound insulation was OK. Bagged breakfast was on the cheap side, but I got a good rate for the room, so I will not complain.

All I wanted after a long day's drive was a comfortable bed and a shower. This hotel provided that at a good price, so I am pleased.

Dirty ,loud highway noise, no hot water no grab and go breakfast

Very clean! Staff was very friendly and helped meet our family needs. Furniture and appliances in the room were in great shape. Did not hear any trucks during the night, as some other reviews claimed. Great location, close to shopping area.

Price, nice hotel

The road traffic for the rooms right beside the road will keep you up all night....

Our check in clerk was awesome! He was filling in from another job since the regular person just didn't show. He was cool, calm and extremely helpful in solving our problem.

Two story hotel without stairs???????????????????? Please! Our clerk figured out to change our room to downstairs. How much can an elevator cost??

The girl who checked us in was perfect!!!! She helped us with two different problems and did so in a totally gracious manner.r

It's too close to the highway where trucks run incessantly. I don't know if there is such a thing as noise cancelling drapes, but they need some.

Staff was friendly

The hotel doesn't have an elevator and the street traffic is very loud. I don't think the ratings were correct. I was charged $--and the hotel it's self only charges $---- with tax normally.
