Extremely helpful and generous staff. Upgraded my room without any charge and offered me a free drink coupon at the hotel bar.

The location is not pleasant, but that is not the hotel's fault. The hotel is actually very high quality compared to other similar hotels very close by.

GM was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the convenient location near local attractions.

I was racially profiled multiple times we were quiet there was more things going on in this hotel then it should have been but not having nowhere to go at the moment and it was a decent price you get what you paid for I guess it seemed like everything was

Buy a foreign and the hospitality just wasn't where it needed to be people were fired for helping us

The staff was friendly. Not a bad-looking hotel at all.

Housekeeping needs a good training on cleaning. Very dusty. Lamps were so dusty, as well as other areas. ALL AREAS MUST BE DUSTED, including lamps, wall hangings, towel and laundry racks, etc.

Remodeling is going along great rooms are phenomenal

Carpet was filthy and the room smelled.

Hard to think of anything that stood out as something I liked.

Overall quality of room, was told there would be breakfast in the morning. When I arrived (6:55am), there were only a little bit of scrabbled egg, nothing else. No orange juice, no apple juice, NOTHING!! You advertised something that wasn't provided.

The staff was very helpful.

The room was clean but very warm. The a/c struggled to cool the room even at the lowest setting.

The room smelled- Like it was once a smoking room. Not recently. But. Definitely off. Mi prefer curtains that stay all the way closed. Breakfast started at 8 which meant there was no possible way for me to eat AND get to work.

For the price it was worth it.

No parking lot surveillance cameras, slow internet, no hot water.

The breakfast was decent everything else literally was totally unacceptable they stole from us they came in while we were still there my husband was in the shower absolutely unacceptable

The room was completely filthy had not been wiped down at all 4 vacuums coffee all over food all over they stole from us they barged in while you're still there my husband was in the shower

The king size bed was comfortable and comforter was nice and thick. The shower was nice and hot. Glad the refrigerator and microwave worked.

When opening the door there was a small roach crawling on the desk. The carpet didn¿t look like it was vacuumed some small pieces of stuff on the carpet. Getting a knock on the door at 10 from housekeeping
