Manger was mean about the blood on the wall and sheets

Nothing, nasty, rude attendant, walked in front desk lady was behind a thick glass window, very RUDE!!!

Never staying there ever, ugh!

Nothing at all it was horrible!! The staff was extremely rude and the room was falling apart!!

Booked the room because it was cheap but the guy at the front desk couldn't find it. I cancelled the reservation and rebooked it. This time he found it but said it was for the next day and wouldn't even look at my reservation that clearly said the 14th not the 15th. So I booked a room at another hotel.

Overall this was the most uncomfortable stay ever and I will never book with them again

I didn’t like how the front desk upon check in asked if I had pets due to their policy and I let her know no I was thinking that’s itAnother woman in the office starts looking at the cameras and I see her looking exactly at my car after I said no I don’t have animals. Then for the deposit the lady tried to basically make me pay in it cash even when I said I’ll be doing it on card During my stay the people living there (owners family perhaps) were constantly at our door even though then stayed down more. We noticed they would always stop at our room and stay there then leave. Made me feel uncomfortable. Then as we are getting ready for checking out and loading up our stuff a man who was working there literally kept trying to get in the room as we are trying to pack, he kept peeking his head in and would stand right in front of our door watching us pack. Then the woman would do the same. I totally felt so uncomfortable The room had a bad smell, looked nothing like the pictures they advertise , the stove top did not even work even though we smelled a burning scent

I like the quietness and how much minimum traffic there was in the hotel

The staff was very poor didn't offer very much assistance and the rooms were dirty I seen the Cockroach as soon as I walked in the remote didn't work for the TV even after I got batteries it took staff about 45 minutes to bring me some batteries and after they checked me in and I went to my room I was tired I just got off of work and while I was in my room I had just got undressed to go take a shower when you front office called and said that they need to scan my ID again they didn't get my ID verification and I think that is absolutely ridiculous due to the fact that I was already checked in and already had my key and was in my room I went down to the office will let them get my ID a second time and I stayed in front of the glass window no one was behind the counter and I waited for a couple minutes and I noticed the doorbell above the window slot and I rang it I waited a couple more minutes I ring again and I ring again and overall I was there for about 30 minutes and no one came so I went back to my room and then I got another call saying can I please come back down to the office they're in there now

NO PETS ALLOWED

I would not recommend to anyone. Staff or Verrrry Rude. When customers look leave the room. They enter your room when you leave, Not to clean or repair instead to steal and damage customers personal property. The cleaners and family that live onsite will harass you upon entering and leaving the property. It's NOT clean AT ALL. the linens are used by the family onsite then handed to the customer for use. The furniture including the beds are very worn out and has a unrepairable smell to them. The noise from the freeway is EXTREMELY loud. The sinks leak the air not the heaters work properly. I've stay there for several months in several different rooms is how I know this. I will never recommend this crap to anyone. The only plus NO PETS. Don't GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

The bed was comfortable.

Room looked dirty. Sheets weren’t clean and they had nasty spots on there, dressers were falling apart, TV barely worked, the peephole on the door was stuffed so I couldn’t see who was out there, and there were roaches crawling around the room. I woke up to one crawling underneath me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYBODY.

The jacuzzi tub was dirty even after I cleaned it nor did it function right. Rooms looked like somebody was murdered in there

The staff was rude and the room was messy no clean towels and I wasn't able to take my pet

No wifi, no cable tv, outdated room.

It is actually quiet and peaceful. Only problem is the freeway. The fast driving is horrible but that has nothing to do with the good service at this motel

Motel is great. Highway is bad.

Night manager and morning manager lack of communication one says one price the other a different. Not good

The man at the front desk on night shift told me it would take 2-3 hrs for my confirmation to hit their system, it was already 11pm.. so that meant 2 am. I have a 2 yr old son and jus wanted to shower and get sleep, and lay him down. The man was adamant about me paying the "walk in rate" which was Way higher than my reservation rate . I got the feeling that he didn't want to honor my reservation rate which was why he lied and said it would take 2-3 hrs. Even after I showed him my email saying that the hotel confirmed my reservation, he still kept saying he didn't see it in his computer..I will never go there nor recommend them to anyone..also there were prostitutes walking around on the premises, roaches on the walls in the lobby, and crackheads hanging out the doors.

I liked the large jacuzzi tub

The tub was in poor condition and the bed was hard as a rock. The TV barely worked too.

It was quite and parking was ok

The price was a joke it was only supposed to be 60 and that was with the tax. Then they went and charged me 15 more for my visiter and the sign clearly said 10 it was sad......
