Dirty, roaches, bad smell

Gentlemen were very polite. Understanding.

Noisy at times from other tenants not hotel fault but much needed security.

Wasn¿t expensive but now I know why

When I went to lay down there was a ton of hair in between the sheets and lots of holes and stains. The sheets had clearly not been washed. It wasn¿t clean at all. I can handle old hotels but this one was also disgusting. Nothing like described

The TV reception was good

The bed was like sleeping on a box spring snd the staff didn¿t seem to care I definitely would not ever stay here again

The price is great, the location convenient, and the amenities quite complete.

If you could move the freeway a few hundred feet away, it would be good.

The staff was very nice and polite.

Not very clean and not accommodating. Got there a bit early. Even though there were rooms available they wanted to charge extra. I also wanted a late check out and they wanted to charge an entire extra day. Most hotels allow at least 15 mins check in/out

I saved money staying here. The room was fine, I was content. The staff were all courteous people. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks, Anthony Danna

There was a little space between between the bottom of the door and the floor.

Cleanliness, helpful staff, room size

For one adult and twin 11 year old twins, they assigned a room with a king size bed, so two double beds would have been better.

It"s not the Hampton Inn For the money you can't beat this motel.the room was spotless.the staff was friendly and left you alone.I stay in motels everyday of the year. If your coming to Houston on a budget stay at this motel.

Nothing was wrong with mu stay.

Staff was wonderful. Location was not yo bad, very humble helpful management.

There credit card machine did not work, mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the tub,bathroom door had some type of foreign substance on it,the floor was dirty,and the room very noisy from outside traffic.

Some times the house keeper would forget to put towels in the bedroom after cleaning my room
