There was a a festival there that the hotel was in aware of and they basically profiled everyone that entered allowing some people to stay and other to leave it was super loud and the hotel charged additional 250 dollars when we got there

The girl at the front desk was so nice and she was very very helpful I will definitely stay here again

Just the hot tub wasn't running running there was no heater to it other than that everything was excellent

I liked that it had a sports bar and a restaurant and an indoor heated pool

I feel the room descriptions and pics do not represent what you're purchasing. Also was not told of additional 100.00 deposit....I recieved all of it back. The bed was supposed to be a king. It may have been a full or queen

TV did not work. Although the hotel told us they would give us another room but we declined. We were in room 206.

I wish there had been a couch or loveseat in the room - the chairs were nice but we wanted a couch.

Check-in is problematic and long. Excessive 'incidentals' charge.

I would have given it a 10 on all but my room was not clean for the second night staying there. First time this has happen and I travel often.

Being asked for my room number when my family and I returned to the hotel after the viewing of my loved one that passed, then we got up to the room and our keys didn't work to open the doors, and the next night the same thing happened.

We originally booked only because of their indoor pool which was advertised but Their pool area wasn’t working correctly and they didn’t compensate us for either night we stayed there.

Bed was good. Room clean.

Hot tub was not in working order.. ice maker was not in working order. Saturday there was no liquor service allowed the restaurant. Coffee was not great. The breakfast we paid for was not satisfactory. Issues with the key card working. Had to get it replaced.

The locations was very convenient for my work. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The 24hr gym and pool times were convenient. Overall great stay.

The breakfast was quite standard, not bad. The fruit was a bit flavourless and options weren't very plentiful. The gym has limited equipment and the whirlpool was not functioning. There was also a very loud noise in the pool area.

I love the size of the room.

Located right off the freeway, so it was little noisy; but not unbearable.
