brand new facilities.good breakfast

bugs in the room. it was a new hotel and land was cleared. expected to see bugs but not in the room. bugs were attracted by the light and the door did not seal well. so bugs managed to get in.

Clean room

Door wouldn’t close completely in our room and it appears other rooms appeared to be the same because slamming of doors occurred numerous amount of times in the middle of the night. Phone calls in the middle of the night as well. Breakfast was lackluster at best. Food was cold, no juice, coffee, or water. When I asked the young lady about drinks she indicated that what was there was all there was. She was on her phone the entire time we had our cold breakfast without drinks and when I asked her about the drinks.

There wasn't enough breakfast fridge that had juice, milk & water was not cold enough and the utensils were sporadically placed throughout the dining room instead of by the food.

The breakfast there wasn't enough food, also the cereal containers one of them was empty and the had very little and the utensil were placed sporadically around the dining area instead of placing it by the food, the fridge that contained the milk & juices was not very cold. And why not add some bananas, oranges & apples cause some people do have gluten allergies an just prefer to eat fruit.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the bed. The location was great!

Breakfast was limited. Not many options.

Didn't have breakfast. Rooms clean but have a musty odor….from dated rooms I presume. Need fresheners of some kind

It was quiet

We paid way too much for the quality of the hotel. Pillows were too small. No comforter. There was a gouge by the tub in the bathroom.

Beds were nice

The time for breakfast 3 am- 8 am that was not listed anywhere on the site. Where the room was located was upstairs far distance from actual stairway and parking lot.

Room had a muskie smell.. towels also didn't smell clean. For two hundred dollars a night really disappointed..

Newly remodeled, big parking lot

Ice machine not working! For $225 they should have bought a bag of ice to split up for customers! The hotel has rock-covered berms around the parking lot that make it difficult to traverse back and forth between car and room; just a poor design.

It was fine. I got my clothes back. Earlier I was complaining about that. My niece went and got it for me. Thank you for having it there for me.

The room smelled of stale smoke like a smoker had stayed there. Maybe spray the room and provide air freshener.

It was ok. Clean enough. The bed linens were dated and kind of scuzzy but the pillows were good. Coffee provided in the office but no cream. There were huge ramps for wheelchair access to the rooms which were quite a bit above the parking lot level.

I reserved a king room on the ground floor got 2 queens on the ground floor though the place was fairly empty. No grass for pet area. The grounds were trashy, old fast food bags and cigarette butts. No breakfast. Very expensive—$200+

Beds hard and room small and the air conditioning didn't get cold.

Great bed. They were comfy. We has a quiet room. The manager offered to give us a discount due to the lack of water.

Our room was in a breezeway. We had to walk a ways to our car. The a/c heater filters we're filthy. We had no water on the last day, not their fault. It came back on just as we were leaving.

It was clean and quiet.
