A damage deposit of USD 115 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The Texas winter storm caused significant damages to certain building exteriors and guest villas at our Hill Country Resort. As a result, availability has been reduced and guests visiting this resort may experience construction and restoration work taking place on-property during their stay. Please be advised that these changes will be in effect over the next several months There is a $12.50 per night resort fee that includes a variety of onsite activities and amenities, including Wi-Fi access, parking, fitness center, sports courts access, mini golf, boarding pass printing, outdoor fire pits, barbecue grills and movie theater access.
