My wife has Parkinson and our reservation was for a King Suite which when we arrived we had to settle for a Queen Suite, There were more negatives but not enough room here to list. I tried.
Booked a king and was told they had no single beds. Did not receive anything back for booking a more expensive room. 2 lamps missing bulbs.
