Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Burleson - Fort Worth By IHG

Breakfast was very good, good location, easy in and out.

Our tub was stained and bathroom was dirty.

Front desk people were really nice. Room was great. Breakfast was really good as well.

Even though the pool is inside the water was too cold. The hot tub was too hot for us as well. I was also not advised of an additional $50 charge. I was told that I would be getting it back within 48 hours of check out. Other than that it was great.

Location

Cockroaches and no compensation

The breakfast was decent.

Our room smelled very musty. We went and got a scented candle at the store and lit it in the room and that helped.

It is what it is for a Holiday Inn Express. Stayed here a few times, so no real issues. It's in Burleson, along restaurant row, right off 35, and directly aside Sphinx Airport. Once they fridge hadn't been cleaned, no big deal. Bedding's always been clean

Nothing to add.

Staff friendly, extremely quiet.

Bathroom very small and breakfast buffet did not have a great selection. The cost was high for what it was.

For those staying in Burleson, the hotel is next to restaurant row, so there are plenty of places to eat within walking/driving distance. There's a municipal airport behind the hotel, for those who like to watch general aviation planes taking off and lan

(1) First room had a leak in the bathroom, had to be moved to smaller room. (2) Widow blinds in the room would not raise. (3) Fridge (and it is a good fridge!) emitted a loud humming noise. This was minor. (4) Showers are awkward to operate.

Clean, friendly, and great location.

Comfortable and appealing. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Conveniently close to restaurants and stores in walking distance.

Only complaint was that the lobby stunk like moldy wet carpet. The fans were on to help but didn't. Doors were open at the equipment area where elevator is, and that stunk. Every day walking in to the lobby it stunk.

The hotel was in a great location with easy access to the interstate. It was a clean hotel and the staff were very pleasant.

I did not receive the room service that I had requested upon checkin. I had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels and wash cloths.

The location was perfect!

The desk clerk  was extremely rude at check in not to just me but also the guests in front of me.

Clean, updated, nice room. Friendly staff. Everything was great.

The spaciousness and the black out shade that really works! Oh and the breakfast was very good!

The location

It wasn't that clean and the room smelled. Hair in the sink and bath tub. Finger marks on mirrors. AC made a Funny noise. People slamming doors at 2 am. Close to the staircase it was so loud. I ended up leaving a night early and they still charged me.

Very clean & personable staff! I was traveling alone and felt very safe at this great hotel!

No complaints at all!

Location

The room was very nice and bed was comfortable , very quite. I got up Sunday am and found little tiny ants all over my tooth brush and in my medicine bag. I mentioned it to front desk when I checked out. Location was perfect for me.

The rooms are very cool with a modern atmosphere, very comfortable beds.

The walls in this hotel are very thin and you can hear everything next door. The next door tenants where very loud and sounded like if they are having a party! They did not go to bed until 3am! Not fun!

Easy access to everything we needed. Quiet and clean. Nice breakfast selection.

The hotel is a good size but the dining space was minimal so several people were forced to eat on the couches because there was a large group who decided to sit around and talk for hours utilizing several tables.

The price and the breakfast choices

There was only 1 person at check-in so we had to wait about 10 minutes till she returned to the desk. We had sugar ants in our room. The bed was lumpy.
