Towels were rough/not fresh. Pillows smelled like dirty hair

We paid for 3 days/nights. The third day our room was not cleaned, no beds made. No dirty towels picked up. No new, clean towels given. No new toilet paper replaced; which left us with 3/4 of a roll. My husband had to go to desk and request toilet pap

Quick check in friendly staff and hotel/room was clean.

Couch cushion was stained and bathroom toilet not clean.

Extra touches show. It was clean, the check in was pleasant and cheerful. The free breakfast had more selections and a home made salsa.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the interstate as well as, several restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive. The property is well kept the the hotel is very clean. All of the hotel staff are very professional and friendly.

Toilet in room was clogged. Called front desk, was informed they had no maintenance staff on duty, but I could come get a plunger to unclog the toilet myself. Informed them that unclogging their toilet wasn¿t my job. Front desk clerk came with plunger.

Used soap and shampoo in the shower. Charging $20 extra to my credit card for incidentals.

The staff was very helpful! I'm allergic to feather pillows and the lady at the front desk the night I checked in found me 2 foam pillows, brought them to my room, and took away all 6 feather pillows.

Ended up being charge an extra $85 for a cigarette charge, without notice, and without warrant as I am 100% certain nobody smoked in our hotel room while we were there.

Abundant parking, location, great shower. Amazingly the room coffee was quite good.

The room seemed small for the rating. Only room for 1 desk chair. Limited rough toilet paper.

The concierge or the ladies at work the front desk we're so helpful they would bend over backwards for anyone and they are so polite

VERY Clean!! Front desk staff was so kind & friendly. When we walked in the front door of hotel, you could smell the cleanliness. We will def be staying at this hotel again!!!

When we went down for breakfast, they had ran out? They than running out of breakfast, everything else was perfect!!!!!

Did not have heated pool and no hot tub.

The front desk woman was very nice and very helpful. The room was very nice and super clean. We swam in the indoor pool and it was clean and there were plenty of pool towels.

The only thing I did not like is there was no kids pool or hot tub.
