Studio 6 Burleson, TX

Location

Rooms were dirty, smelled bad, very old and dingy. No elevator. Under construction. Bed was uncomfortable. Towels and sheets were stained.

The hotel that worked the night of our arrival but not the night shift was incredible! Her customer service was great!

Our a/c did not work in our room and every towel in there had a stain on it. The other entrances to the hotel all had hand written signs on the doors saying that was a fire door and not to use, making only one way in and one way out, they had fire exits.

Close to freeway.

Mold in windows on ceiling and in tub. No breakfast, but it was advertised, coffee maker didn’t work. Room had obviously not been made ready for years; awful!!

Nothing the staff is horrible hotel employee at front desk was not very helpful they tried putting me in a room that she would have to let me in and out of the key that was provided did not work a machine was needed to open the door.

nasty and dirty they only have two king size bed rooms to choose from and they smelled of dogs and old smoke. I wouldn't even let my pet dog stay in such a room. In order to get in the room would have had to go to front desk and have them

Location and it was very. Clean and it has a homely feel to it and also the security

The bed was comfortable, and I liked the hard wood floors.

The staff wasn't super pleasant. The room was less than amazing. The bed,sheets, pillow cases and comforter all had stains on them and were dirty. The bathroom door was a pocket door, and it was broken off of it's roller. No plug for tub to take bath

I was a very late check in due to work and they turned the air on for me before I got there

The stairs were a lil creaky but not too bad. I'll be glad to see the finished product after renovatiob

It was supposed to be a 2star hotel and it was a negative 2 experience!! The front desk personnel were not oroffesssional and the rooms were dirty and there was no cable or wifi. Also, there was supposed to be free breakfast and there was NONE!!

Friendly staff.  are wonderful. Housekeeping barely knocks on your door and just comes in unannounced to ask about needing cleaning service. Not really cool with that especially since I have a minor child in my room.But overall I say ðŸ‘

The room was disgusting. The carpets had debris on the floor and we're not vacuumed. The toilet seat had old urine on it. The hair dryer was very old and did not work.

The place was incredibly run down. There was visible damage to walls in all locations. There were stains on everything. The room was not very clean. It smelled old and somewhat moldy. There is also no elevator.

I didn't like anything about the hotel the outside appearance wasn't bad but once you walked in, it was simple horrible.

I didn't like the fact how I had a room infested with bed bugs! :-(

Close, easy to book last minute for a quick couple night away. Good price for a room for what you get. But they don't offer free breakfast any more which ws we would have known that before, remove that from site!

No free break fast as stated on site

I left my 100$ fire stick in my room I stayed in and called them after searching my everything and they can't find it so I know the maid stole it!

This location started they hag a outside look and free breakfast. They lied! There was never any breakfast, they claimed they had some electrical issues and apparently the spot where the pool was was a cemented patio.

NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!

Yes they did not let my husband in cause we could not find his I'd and only one person has to have I'd and they also thertend him to call the Cop because he didn't have it we did not stay the towels were dirty stained up and the floor smell Like moiled!

The Magnuson provided the amenities one would expect of a good hotel. Selected as a star level two, it far exceeded expectation. Check in was easy. Room was clean as was bathroom. Parking fine;free breakfast. King bed not like home but quite okay.

Had to request a plunger for commode that was plugged up. Some nut case tried to flush a bar of soap that had swelled :( No fault of the staff. Only one handicap room ~ ours had excellent grab bars in tub. Will stay again when visiting family in the area

The hotel was old and filthy. I left my shoes in my room when we checked out and they stole them. The curtains had holes and there were bugs in my room. I was afraid to sleep in the bed. The tub was dirty. There was not TV reception. I can go on for days

The staff was really nice. It was very convenient for our needs.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. This time we did not have any hot water in the bathtub. The personnel said a plumber was coming but didn't show up. Also the room was dirty.
