The staff were so professional and nice.

I hated that the pool was closed that was the only request I needed because I was trying g to entertain 2 young children. No one could give an explanation for the pool being closed.

Absolutely awful experience. Paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Guest had health issues and could not check in on night 1. We went to the hotel on Day 2 to check her in and they would not give us the room. Said we forfeited our right to stay. WE PAID!!!

Impeccably clean. Very nice room. Great kitchen set up. Loved all the desk/counter space.

Nice and modern hotel. Indoor pool for the kids was great.

Kids in the pool without supervision and nothing being said. Also we asked for our rooms cleaned and where ever our belongings were they wouldn¿t clean- so they didn¿t clean anything.

How clean it was and the amenities were good they had a 24hr fitness.

The receptionist that checked us in could’ve been a little more welcoming. He didn’t do a bad job he just wasn’t friendly or welcoming.

Room had awful smell. Had to purchase air freshners to try and make it bearable.

Large room

We were traveling for my surgery. I had extensive pain and unsteadiness from meds. The person I traveled with uses a walker. We were on the 3rd floor. The elevators were not working and I requested a room change to first floor. I was told no and to just take the stairs. I finally compained enough and we were moved to a first floor room in which the toilet wasnt working and there was no soap in the shower.

The front desk young man, did not get his name, said it was his third day at work. He went above & beyond for my family!

Too many Contractors working people that were eating the continental breakfast that’s supposed to be for the actual real guests.

Everything else I had to ask for house keeping we were there for 8 days I asked it didn't get done when I asked again I was kind if dismissed and handed some sheets my child got hurt and when I asked for a bandaid that night I was given one but the next morning he needed one more and I was told they don't do that I asked for a manager and was told to leave my info they would call me so I did the manager called my room at 11pm and woke my sleeping husband and child and was very nasty saying if we have a problem take it up with Hilton it's not job to handle guest complaints so I did and guess what nothing happened shocker the only person who seemed to care about the guests was Nancy if i had to stay there again she would be the only person I would interact with she's professional courteous kindvandvcaring
