Location & cleanliness

Our AC was not cooling- there was a continued air blowing out but it would not cool below 77/78 degrees. We were not in the room during daytime & the curtains were closed,

Friendly staff, clean, great breakfast, great location

the pool , the cleanliness, the breakfast.

The staff were just miserable people at the front desk.. They had an attitude about everything , werent warm or welcoming like a normal hotel

Nearness to where we needed to be

We had a 3 night stay, which I had added reservations to extend my stay. The second and third evenings of our stay?when we tried to open the door we were locked out?this happen both the 2nd and 3rd nights

It was clean and the staff was helpful. It was also convenient to restaurants and shopping.

I liked best the cleanliness, decor and the bed.

I wished the front desk had answered the phone prior to check out. Instead a few minutes after check out they called the room, and said they could not accommodate my request for an hour late check out.

Central location to why I was in Texas, ease of access to the freeway.

Staff was very inconsistent. Front counter was staffed when I first checked in, but I had to look and find someone each time I needed something. Door keys had to be replaced twice in two days due to failure to function. Room shared wall with the elevator

Cleanliness

The mattress was uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable. The sheets were rough and didn¿t have a clean smell. The window unit smelled when on.

Yes, it was under renovation so no fitness center, no access by side doors and an extremely limited breakfast - very disappointing. No information about the renovation when making reservation

The room was large. Had a refrigerator and microwave with a couch. Room was nice to relax in.

The bathroom needs remodeled. The floor had tiles that were broken and grout missing. Breakfast could have been better if eggs, sausage and potatoes were hot.

Spacious room, large shower with plenty of hot water, firm bed.Room was clean and comfortable.Plenty of lite parking.

Heater was noisy but kept room warm and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't really very much but then I wasn't here for breakfast.

The heater didn't work, and it was freezing. The vent fan in the bathroom had no turn-off switch. I ran all night and was loud.

The room we stayed at was clean and spacious.

The breakfast options are not fresh.

The room I got had a problem with the air conditioning 106 degrees high, so I reported the issue and was given a room upgrade. Very happy with manager response. Thanks

The price

Yes. I checked in and was there for less than 5 min when I got an emergency medical call about my son. They would budge on rebooting for a different or refund. Also, I booked that hotel because it said there was an outdoor pool and there was NOT

Very clean and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was good too.

Very noisy sounded like they were remodeling the bathroom upstairs in middle of night not quiet at all

Location right off expressway.

I wasn't told about housekeeping not giving new towels. Hours of pool or breakfast. No biggie. I called downstairs got new towels. Asked about breakfast and pool hours.

The staff here is all wonderful. Everything is super clean and breakfast is great !!
