The space of the rooms, very spacious

Yes, there turned out to be bed bugs. My legs were covered in bed bug bites, and so were my boyfriend's.

There was sand everywhere! In the dressers in the beds and all over the floor. It looked like someone didn't clean the room. There was still the previous tenants remnants. There was a non exsistant bteakfast. It just sucked. No doubt about it.

I did not enjoy my stay.

The floor was always wet from condensation and I fell twice . The bed was also uncomfortable and everything was damp. Bad experience for $100 dollar a night.

The room we had was roomy and clean. I served our purposes as we came to watch the launch at Boca Chica. The staff was very pleasant & helpful. Tho. the room was stark with little amenities, we made it work & it was fine.

The lack of additional towels and toilet paper. We had to ask for more supplies. We didn't have housekeeping do our room but even at the beginning the towels & toilet paper were not adequate.

I will never stay here again

No continental breakfast, no pool, there were ants in our bathroom the floor was dirty.

I didn’t like anything except the location

Lobby closed, when we arrived three mattresses were outside the room, the room was not cleaned, no water pressure in the shower, bed sheets dirty/stained, curtains clearly had body fluid and office chairs as couch

Quiet/ economic and close to everything department stores/restaurants loved it ?

Cleanliness smell

The manager was rude and place very dirty.Did not stay there, my co-worker was disgusted..

The rude manager. Was the dirtiest hotel, I have ever seen in my life.

Nothing, l cancel the reservation when l see the room .

Bathroom was not clean l found Pubic hair inside the toilet, shower looks dirty. All in general was bad.the beds ,sheets everything smell old .

I like about the property that all stores are close to us.. the guy in the office was really nice.. he answered all questions I had.

I did not like about the property the nasty floor in the room, the shower curtain it had mold, did not had microwave nor a phone to call the office.. and I needed to go to the office to get new towels, because they said people don’t come and clean in the weekends. And the final thing the dryer did not work. Had to wash some clothes but couldn’t dry them..

The check in person was friendly.

No microwave until I asked for one, dirty floors, cable didnt work most of the time.

I really like the location and parking lot

The room had a bad smell, bed sheets dirty,no hair dryer, no bottle water, not enough towels dint get a recip pay cash bad service won't stay in that hotel anymore.

It was very dirty, with no towels, and no safety lock. I had to use the table as a lock in front off the door.

1. Room opposite loud nightclub until early hours of morning.2. Cockroaches on the bed!3. Permanently wet and dangerously slippery tiled area due to AC and humidity.4. No breakfast weekdays and at the weekend a basic cooked breakfast served from a hatch that was reminiscent of a concentration camp scene.

The location is wonderful.

The pool was not in service all summer because we stayed more than once at this hotel. Also the TV wasn't working.
