The staff did not know what the connection to Sonesta. Or how to attach a Travel Pass Membership to the reservation. Several smoke detectors were disabled which is concerning

The beds were ok. Comfortable for the night.

Yes, the rooms were dirty, towels had stains and didn't smell fresh. No handsop. Door was messed up and let outside air in so the room felt ok. Too much traffic at night. I didn't feel safe at night.

The breakfast provided was dry cereal and warm juice. There was a blood stain on one of the sheets. Chose hotel because it was supposed to be wheelchair accessible, however there were no elevators, the doors had very tall jams that were hard to get over.

Location near starbase, breakfast, pool and staff.

The price was reasonable for peak-season travel and the location was very close to activities and easily accessible from the highway. We were able to park right in front of our room door. We could faintly smell cleaning products used in the room.

Rooms are accessible via the hotel's exterior. We saw a termite in the sink and hair on the bedsheet. The towels were rust colored and only one face towel was in the room. Paint and tile updates didn't cover hotel's age or worn-out furnishings

Breakfast was terrible only expired sweets by 3 months very clear coffee Most horrible experience, fridge in the room was not working Yoel¿s were stain very old , ( ready to be throw in the trash.

No breakfast as advertised, Says lobby is closed until further notice. Staff not very friendly, but ok. They stay inside a locked room and you need to check in through a small outside window as main lobby is closed. Not professional way to check in.

I liked nothing about this hotel. It was filthy inside and outside.. There was buggies of clothes sitting around. Cracked bricks in the front of the building. The location looked unsafe and unsanitary.. I refused to stay and they kept my money. $---

I didn't like the fact that they refused my refund and the owner acted as if he was a regular employee and I'd need to speak with management for a refund. It made my trip horrible. They screwed me out of $--- and I had driven 8hrs one way for this trip

It was run down/dirty, I booked because of free breakfast but was told they did not have it. Comforter was dirty, hairdryer and soap dispenser were dirty and dusty, towels were burn dirty orange/brown. No lamps, smoke detector has plastic bag taped over

The fact that it was misleading due to there was no food issued due to covid-19 and it clearly stating they were suppose to offer food with stay.

The staff were friendly!! We needed to leave earlier then they put out the breakfast, so they put it out early to accommodate us!! The location was perfect for us, close to the port.

Excellent value - not luxury, but very well equipped with tub, full length mirror, great bed, spacious room, good AC, good lighting, good TV (didn't try WiFi)

By mistake I had booked smoking room, but the hotel staff was very helpful and changed my room to non smoking. Hotel location is very convenient, one can find variety of restaurant near by. Good place to stay.

For the price it was a 10. Very clean and very nice. Bathroom amenities were a nice surprise. Very comfortable bed. Staff were professional and very polite and friendly. Breakfast was great. Will stay there every trip....

Air conditioner was a little loud.

The Hotel had a special on that nite and was HONOR by attendant. This hotel saved us because our regular accommodations fail us miserably. We were very pleased with our room and wish we could have stayed for rest of our trip.

we can not say anything bad about a place that saved us for the nite. They were available and had a special nite fee. A very big plus.

It had hot water.

Changing what i have to pay out, never had i ever to pay out extra for ppl. As long as i didnt break a code, i nevet payed more then the app said.
