Texas Inn Brownsville by Hotel O

Staff were wonderful, rooms were up-kept better than most hotels with only minor maintenance improvements recommended.

Unfortunately No breakfast and the beds have a metal frame that sounds like a drum every time you move.

The room smelled of tobacco and other unidentifiable scents. I changed rooms and the second smelled even worse.

Very old outdated hotel , no fridge , no microwave in my room after description said there was.

NOTHING!! DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE!!

HORRIBLE ROOM AND DIRTY! MOLD EVERYWHERE! STICKY FLOORS AND THE BED HAD A DENT IN THE CENTER OF THE MATTRESS!!

That we didnt stay there.

When we arrived, the person at the counter told us we did not want to stay there, because the water heater was not working and they did not know when it would be fixed. We had to find a new hotel that night. I am still trying to get my money back.

The attentiveness and concern of the night clerk to help with the pet fee that wasn't made clear before I booked.

Not being informed of the pet fee before booking. I would have preferred to have expressed my concern directly with the manager but the clerk handled it. There is a night club across the parking lot, a bit of activity but I slept well.

Bed was comfortable and clean.

Front door was vandalized. Bathroom was a little dirty.

Good bed , good AC , big TV with tons of channels

They have a lot of channels on TV and the location is good.

Not all rooms have a mini fridge and microwave like it says on the amenities description. I feel like they rushed in cleaning the room since the was a used soap still in the shower. When I brought these issues up they didn't think of it as big issue.

The room was missing some basic amenities only one wash clothes and hand towel pillows were very inadequate good for one night

Nothing the whole stay and room was awful

Everything the blanket was filthy the sheets looked filthy the towels didn't look clean. The couch was full of stains the curtains were dirty and torn the ironing board was dirty couldn't iron on it.The whole room smelled people playing music at 4am

made to order breakfast, friendly cooperative staff, nice pool,

bed not made up daily (sheets don't need to be changed daily, but bed should be made)

The room was very clean.

Right outside the room we where given there was a trashcan overflowing with trash. It was right outside my door.

No coffee in room & not allowed inside lobby for coffee.

The staff was rude the hotel was empty and they still couldn't help you I travel with 11 year old down syndrome my daughter so we asked for a room away from other people and they put us next to this young couple who are having sex all night I asked if we can have another room since the hotel was empty they said no all they can do is tell the other people to be quiet in the morning I let them know what happened and they said it was my fault next time I booked for a better room

The office people were polite and helpful. The air conditioner worked great.

I didn't like how the bathroom smelled like mildew. It seemed like If you have a pet they give you a dirty room.
