The bed and pillows were great.

Breakfast was cold both days

Breakfast was outstanding

1. Went for two days without a vanity light. 2. Bed as too soft. Nothing like Hampton Inn used to be. 3. No vertical bar to help step out of the tub. 4. On 3/19 did not receive cleaning or linen service. On the 20th, no wash cloths or hand towels.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I also like that they put variety in their breakfasts.

It would be really nice if we could return to daily housekeeping like the pre-COVID days. But all of the hotels have moved to housekeeping by request, and I hate to add extra burden to the housekeeping staff.

The breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was friendly.

The beds where spring beds and not very comfortable.

It¿s centrally located.

Hotel prices went up because National Guard was staying there. That¿s what we were told by front desk personnel.

Free hot breakfast was included. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Front desk was able to accommodate my late checkout request even though the rooms were sold out. Very friendly staff.

Ee had toove rooms due to water leak from tub to down below. Ee had to wait and not be with family we were visiting .It was inconvenient and no I'm sorry or compensation of any kind

The bed is facing the window and there¿s see-through curtains and no way to close it so the sun is hitting you right in the face

Took $50 for deposit said they refunded me at time of check out still have not been refunded

I like the cleanest,friendly customer service, parking,breakfast everthing.

The staff was very helpful. and the breakfast was good, something for each person.

There was hair on the towels,and on the tub, I hate strangers hair on things I use. There were no wash clothes, we had children with us. The pictures showed a hot tub, it was filled with sand.

The staff were astounding attentive and very polite. The breakfast was outstanding! The pool and gym were very nice. Lobby was clean. Parking lot was clean and much parking available. Little noise heard, felt safe, and cable TV was functioning.

Bathroom had no vent system. Some rust on bathtub. Some wood tear on bottom of door. Trash cans were two very small ones, one near desk and one in bathroom. They fill too fast easily, but no where to take them to empty in hotel. No Newsmax channel!

Adjacent room noise, kids then loud snoring from neighbor. Never happened in the past maybe just bad luck with noisy neighbors this time.

I like Hampton hotels..This did not seam like one

The bed was cheap, unlike all the other Hampton hotels that I have been too. I was just in a different one the day before and had a great experience. Room was also hot, air condition was not good.

Coffee, breakfast, parking included and close to many places.

Dated furniture. Checkout was at 12 noon, yet housekeeping was knocking at my room door at 11 a.m.
