Quality Inn Brownsville

Convenient, reasonably priced. Included continental breakfast. We went to South Padre Island Birding Center & Port Isabel Lighthouse, both nearby.

The receptionist was extremely nice. It was easy and fast to check in. The room was besides being bigger than normal, very clean and comfortable.

The included breakfast closed to early, even on a Saturday.

Bed under the coverlet looked like someone had just got out. Reminded me of breaking bad kind of motel. You really do get what you paid for. Still it was one night till Avis opened guessing it served it's purpose. 3/10

We stopped here on our way to Mexico and had a pleasant experience. We paid a little extra for the room with the jacuzzi tub and it was well worth it after a long day of driving! Breakfast was decent and staff was pleasant.

My only complaint would be the sheets. They use those awful microfiber plastic-feeling sheets that make you sweat all night. An upgrade to even a lower thread count cotton would be a huge improvement.

I stayed at this hotel because it was reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room. It was very updated with wood flooring, lighting, shades. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was professional, and rooms were clean, parking space and location were also good to go.

The continental breakfast was misleading and highly disappointing. There were a limited number of brown paper sacks with a granola bar, muffin & jimmy dean frozen sausage biscuit to warm up. It would be better if they just didn¿t list a breakfast option.

I was very worried what I would be getting for a 2 star. It was much nicer than I expected. The room was clean, beds comfortable, decent breakfast. Good enough if you don't want to spend much money although I probably paid a little too much for the room.

I have cleaning rags at home that are nicer than the bath towels they provided. Shower pressure wasn't very good.

The availability of a jacuzzi type tub in the room.

No coffee maker in room, one blanket was missing , shampoo / soap was limited. A/C was too noisy.

It was decent...clean. Close to the airport for our very early morning departure.

When we unloaded our luggage in the room (ground floor, outside entrance), we noticed a piece of trim was missing around the door....the piece that holds the extra door lock. Made us a little nervous to know it was probably kicked in and broken into.

The room was cleaned everyday.

The guest laundry was not inside.

The continental breakfast is excellent. It is tasty. I am impressed by the food.
