- They always go above and beyond
- The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the overall atmosphere was good

- No
- We called ahead to check pool hours before booking, but they didn't tell us the pool had been closed for weeks and the pool was the reason we booked it because we have a 3 yr old. It was too late to cancel. Very disappointed.
- No elevator, staff at check in was not friendly
