Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Borger

It was very clean. The staff was f riendly. It had an indoor pool. Our room was quiet. Bed very confortable.

I only have 2 complaints about this hotel The advertised hot breakfast was not good. All 3 mornings there was no hot food served. No meat or eggs,just cereal and muffins and bagels. All the cold food and juice were. POOL desperately needs big fan!!

The hotel is very nice and clean. We were in a King suite, and the room was very large. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not good except for the waffles. The milk was warm & had black stuff in it. Eggs and oatmeal watery. Sausage was a white color. Cereal selection poor. The pictures online show many more items than what is actually offered.

-Hotel did not disclose that they are not cleaning rooms prior to reservation due to Covid. -maintenance issues with ac -trash from rooms is left out in hallway all day -staff ends breakfast early -unfriendly non professional staff Dirty rooms

We where allowed to have our little dog stay with us. Your manager allowed us to stay even tho the have a no pets rule. I had called ahead to ask if they where pet friendly and was told yes they where after we checked in we where told they where not.. Tx

The hotel is clean.

The egg omletes always have vegetables in them, with no alternatives. Also, the towels looked like they had stains in them from the stone ages. The towels are extremely hard and rough.

Wi-Fi was out for two days. Cleanex box was empty. Shower knobs we’re reversed (cold and hot was swapped), toilet was not anchored to floor- wobbled when used.

Still have not received a receipt for my stay even though I requested upon check out and via e-mail since

with covid restrictions still in place i know it would of been great. it was good with what was available. service was wonderful and friendly. for my travels the location was fantastic. perfect for what i had to do.

Front desk clerk Mia was extremely rude and belligerent with my wife. Refused to give her receipt after checking out. Seemed like she was having a bad morning and brought her personal problems to work. Room was dirty when we checked in. My son and daughter walked into toom with Chicken Express plates and cups on table, beds undone and room was filthy. Next time we will be going back to Holiday Inn Express. We tried Hampton only becuase it was fairly new so decided to try it out. Never again.

The location. The decor was modern and updated.Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the girls at night helped me find my daughters phone which was left in the room we spent the night in the night before. I was very grateful for her help.

The first night we checked in at 3am I had booked a room with 2 queen beds, but was told only a king suite was available, but was just thankful for a room. They guy that checked us in was wearing a hoodie, looked like any guy off the street. He seemed very annoyed that I was there. The guy in front of me asked for water and he just told him the hotel was out. When I was checked in there was no sleeve for the room key but a post it note with the WiFi password and my room# written on it. Not sure how clean everything was. Found an empty case of beer in a cabinet in our first room. 2nd night we moved to a room with 2 queen beds which was originally booked, room was clean. There was a patch on the wall that looked like someone punched the wall they had kinda fixed it but still a patch in the wall. My daughter and I went down for breakfast, it was one girl cooking by herself with extension chords everywhere. The 2nd day I came down to get coffee, I asked the girl at the front desk if they had anymore cups, I could hear people laughing and cutting up behind the front desk, she yelled across the lobby to the poor girl cooking breakfast for everyone (she had about 8 people waiting in line for food) to get more cups and coffee. I walked back and got the cups from the girl cooking and refilled the coffee cups for her. I really like the hotel but think it need to be managed a little better. The staff that was there was nice and pleasant but, maybe they were understaffed and mismanaged.
