Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Borger By IHG

Always clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable. Free parking, free internet and free breakfast.

It was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The lady who helped with breakfast was excellent!

The indoor pool is great. The lobby/dining area is a great place to hang out. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly

Price, clean, location

Their breakfast wasn't any good....

Location to where we needed to be was very good. Staff was very helpful and located our two rooms together.

The drain in the shower was too slow to remove water as you took a shower. The water was up to ankles be the time that we finihed the shower and had to rinse off our feet as we got out of the shower. There were no small weights in the exercise room.

Kids lloved the pool

The rooms were always hot. We had to turn the air on.

Best shower ever and comfortable beds

Housekeeping came by at 9am while we were rushing to get ready to leave

The room was very nice. My favorite part was the huge bathroom with a large tub, separate shower and TV. The pool and hot tub were working and clean. Internet service was excellent.

I loved the hotel but would suggest the lamps by the bedsides have power outlets on them for easier charging of phones and tablets while also using those devices. It was a little pricier than other hotels in the area, but I felt safer there solo.

The bed in the executive suite on the first floor was okay.

100.00 NON refundable pet cleaning fee. Absolutely outrageous. Our dog is create trained and didn’t even touch the bedding or carpet. I feel that’s just highway robbery. I put a diff card for pet fee but the front desk lady charged my rom card an

Staff excellent, room very comfortable, bed great.

This hotel was modern, new, & clean. Hotel room we had with 1 king bed also had kitchen which came in handy.

The water pressure in the shower was very low pressure, water was very soft, so it took forever to feel clean. There is a heat lamp in the bathroom but no exhaust fan. Breakfast was very good, but sausage and gravy tasted a little "off."

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff could not have been more accommodating and the beds were extremely comfortable. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Food was fresh and tasty.

Cannot think of a thing I would have want done differently at this hotel.

Very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. It included a hot breakfast which was also very good. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I had a great night's sleep.

It was more than what I expected, very fancy...staff was very courteous , and the breakfast was excellent. The hot jacuzzi was my favorite .

The indoor pool was my least favorite due to the cold water ,considering the bad icy weather outside, we figured the water in the pool would of at least been warm.

Being in the 4th floor, so quiet

Staff was very friendly and heloful

Breakfast was very limited

Our room was HUGE! And clean! And accommodating!

Perfect location for our visit. Nice clean room. Everything was good.

No, it was all good.

Clean

Very friendly and helpful folks.
