The price was right.

There was no real seating in the room, and the water pressure in the shower was little more than a trickle.

The room was great!

Your garbage supplier came at 3am and banged the dumpster against his truck several times waking us up, you need to move the dumpster further away from building, it was 50 yards from our room. Never gave us fresh towels after asking for them

Best priced clean hotel in the Texoma area. Quiet and well maintained.

Low water pressure in shower

They said they were pet friendly got there they wer not the hotel refused to allow us to stay with our pet plus the reviews show roaches bed bugs and other unsavory issues. The check in is a plexiglass surroung as in bullet proof they are not pet friend

Very nice for the price. Very clean, and there was a fridge and a microwave.

It was a little tough finding my way into the parking lot at first, but once I found my way around that was a non-issue.

The bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok. I don't prefer grabbing frozen waffles from package that were shared with others.. coffee looked like water but ok..

Motel room was the worst we've ever stayed in. Bathtub was so bad, I showered in my sandals. Shower was so stained/dirty looking and repaired, it was nasty. Motel room door didn't lock well but did have a chain. Very very loud music next door.

They have renovated the rooms since my last stay-4 years ago. The tile floor looks and felt cool, enhancing its comfort.

Not that I know

It seems that in my room that smoking is allowed. The room had a slight smoke oder when I arrived. I sleep with a CPAP machine and when I used my CPAP the next night there was a smoke oder in my CPAP. I will be sure to request a non smoking room next time

I booked the room for Saturday night and I never checked in the hotel room. I was still charged for the room and I was not just charged for one night I was charged for 2 nights. I am not happy I was told that I can't get a refund.

I was told that I can't get a refund. I explained that I had my wallet stolen from me and I was not able to check in because I had no IDENTIFICATION

This was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in at that price! The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of room, everything was nice and clean and in good repair:)

Free breakfast consisted only of day old donuts & coffee. Booked a non smoking room. On check in I was asked if any member of my party smoked. I said yes & I had to put up a $50 cash deposit for which I received no receipt. It was returned however.

It was an everyday motel. Nothing fancy and the price was good.

The parking was terrible! I am handicapped and had to park a long way from our room. We were told we could park on the backside but that was farther! The amenities were lacking from a lot of other places also.

There were bed bugs in my room when I arrived and when I talked to the front desk he acted like it was no big deal he changed my room to the one next door and by the way bed bugs go through walls and no one my entire stat ever went to look into the otherr

Room should of been cleaner at time of check inn. Stayed two nights.house keeping did a very good job after the first night.

It is advertised they have a workable pool when they do not! My family was very disappointed about that/

This was a business trip and the location is very convenient. Room was no frills but clean, and the room was a comfortable temperature on a very cold night outside.

The pillows were old and compacted. My room was on the outside where noisy people and traffic ran all night. The courtyard side would be a much nicer stay. Lobby coffee was awful.

It was clean and comfortable. It is not a Hampton by any means but was still clean, pleasant and comfortable. If you want a basic clean and comfortable place to stay this should meet your needs. Appreciated having a microwave and small refrigerator.

I liked that it as close to town. I was also allowed an extended check out time.

Crickets all over the floor which I had to clean before settling in. Toilet barely flushed. Rooms were stinky. Breakfast was abysmal. Towels were rough as sand paper. Toilet paper looked like 1980's Cold War US gov't surplus and was terrible.

Roomy, clean, convenient

They tended to forget things. I had to go buy my own soap. The desk chair was broken. I informed them, but it was not replaced.
