Breakfast

The grab bar in the shower is in the wrong place. There is no good way to shower because the grab bar is where you need to stand & its so big that you almost fall out of the tub just trying to get wet from the shower head.

Clean with friendly staff

The dog next door barked and it sounded like the dog was in my room due to the layout of the rooms. I could hear everything my neighbor was doing. It would have been nice to be placed in another space rather than right next door to another customer.

Location & Breakfast

Bed was terribly hard. We stay at Hampton a lot due to the good beds. Never had a bad bed at a Hampton. Not this time. At our age, that is the most important thing about a hotel. These were Super 8 beds.

It was raining heavily when we checked in. There were multiple leaks in the lobby area (garbage cans set up to catch water.) The friends we were traveling with had to change rooms twice. Once for a foul odor and once for a bad leak in the ceiling

Their breakfast was good

Room and bed is not clean. Unless you request they don?t clean the room

Everything was a 10/10. Staff was super friendly, and even gave us an upgrade when we checked in. Room was nice and big. Very comfy bed. Good location! Great breakfast. Easy access to the highway.

Nice clean

Staff was exceptional. They helped me find a spot for me for my trailer which no hotel staff member had ever done anywhere. Hats off to them

Good location, clean and remodeled

Everything!!!! especially the cleanliness and friendly staff. The breakfast was the awesome and so good.

Not really just wished the pool was open until midnight ;-) Only because we were in town for the Kerrville softball tournaments and would of been nice to relax in the water.

Property undergoing remodeling leaving corridors and elevators warm. Would have selected another property if I would have known of remodel. No personnel at desk at checkin for a considerable amount of time.

Hard to get into driveway and difficult to get into town from this location

The staff was terrific and attentive to our every need. From check in to check out they were very friendly and helpful. Our AC unit stopped working and the we called the front desk was notified. Within a few minutes Philip came and fixed it!¿¿

Location, pool, and room size

Never had room cleaned nor towels replenished over 3 nights there.

It's in a safe area. Every staff member was courteous staff at the front desk and the GM. They went above an beyond for any request.

Slightly difficult to get to due to construction but that is not the hotels fault.

The lady that checked me in was awesome! Professional, polite, and gave me waters . Didn¿t matter that I booked third party which I usually do but many hotels are not as kind. Highly recommend!

No it was super clean and staff was excellent!

Breakfast was great and the clerk was friendly and informative during check in.

Construction which of course is not the hotels fault but it was a little inconvenient, and also parking was somewhat limited especially with arriving at night and there was only 1 spot left upfront.

Staff was eager to fix the troubles with our room.

Hotel structure was clearly thrown together. Bathroom door would not close properly. Bed was mediocre. Mattress cover on sleeper sofa had weird yellow stains! Getting in and out of the hotel is very time-consuming, due to highway construction.
