Kozy Hotel Dallas DFW Airport Area West

My room was full of bugs. In the bed amd other places. The bar/grill was out of almost everything food wise amd drinks.

Air didn't work in my room. No hot water

The floor was soaking wet and did not dry up, there were huge cockroaches in the bathroom and the keycard they handed me at the check in was damn near split in half and they told me not to worry about it!? Thankfully they give two but what the frick.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. It's in a good area not to far from DFW

Hotel was in severe need of mold remediation in the rooms and floors. Got sick from being exposed to mold and dampness in room. Fortunately they put me in a better room but it sadly has issues too. They should not be open during their renovation project

I arrived at the hotel and wasn¿t able to check it. They were checking other customers in but then told me I had to wait a few hours before I could check in. Then the elevator broke.

The rooms are not comfortable and the staff aren¿t the friendliest.

Unpleasant smell of room and carpet seemed dirty

Everything! The staff here was excellent! I have been staying in a lot of hotels the last 3 months and the staff here everyone of them went above and beyond daily1

The drain in my bathroom sink was very slow. That is it!

Cleaning perssonel was excellent.

We found a pillow cover with stains that looked like fungus. The water tank in the bathroom kept leaking water, and the door was difficult to open with the card.

I loved the pool area. Staff was very friendly! Shuttle to airport was a definite plus!!

I would have liked to have lounge chairs by the pool. Also the morning free breakfast would have been a plus. Overall great

Location. My mom had surgery early in the morning and this hotel was 4 minutes away from the hospital

Hotel was dirty. The fridge did not work and I had breast milk with me so this was very inconvenient. The telephone did not work. The room was hot even on 69 degrees.

The breakfast buffet was good. The room smelled very clean.

The smell in the hallway smelled of urine.

Location was extremely convenient

The ADA shower was so poorly designed the bathroom flooded with each shower. The AC would only allow you to set a temperature for a couple hours at a time. The fridge had excessive condensation inside causing lots of water. Overall unpleasant experience.

The receptionist was very friendly.

The bathroom in my room was dirty, they had used gloves on the floor and dirty towels everywhere and it seemed that the bathtub was being repaired, but it looked disgusting and I couldn't use it because of that, I wanted to change the room and I can¿t

Convenient location.

It was loud in the lobby area, with some kind of party going on, but the room was quiet.

Cold AC and fairly quiet

Musty smell throughout the hotel. Dated with a bad retrofit. Elevator didn't work, and all common bathrooms on the first floor were closed. Hotel lacked maintenance.

Location

The bathroom was small could barely shut the door and the tub drained extremely slow and had to walk down 2 hall just to get ice when there was area by my room 252 that a ice machine could be placed for people on that hall.

Leaving

Air conditioning did not work when checking in I experienced an Altercation wiith individual and staff did nothing will never stay at this Hotel again

Close to the Airport.

Overall it was difficult to check in after having been confirmed. Much embarrassment.

I called downstairs cause my TV wasn't working they sent maintenance up he checked it and explained they were replacing those tv cause they were haven trouble with them he came back with another TV hook it up and it worked was very friendly.

Location is convenient to airport. Room was clean, shower was hot. Shuttle service is much appreciated, as well as being able to pay to leave my car at the hotel while on a trip.

First time we stayed, teenagers ran up & down the hall being loud until 2am. No one answered at front desk, we had to find their parents & tell them that's enough so we could get some sleep. 2nd time we stayed it was just a long wait to check in.
