Pros +
- The breakfast was very good and fresh.
- Breakfast in the morning was great! I loved that there was always fresh coffee available in the lobby.
- The hotel was clean and looked newly renovated. The bed was comfortable and staff was nice.
Cons -
- The staff was not very welcoming - seemed they were there to just do the job. They weren't "bad" - just not welcoming.
- The fact that you don?t allow guest to change their reservation dates is crazy to me. Then when you call and talk to an agent and they tell you that they can do a one time date change approval and they still deny you. $160 gone.
