The people at the front and desk were extremely polite.He offered me complimentary laundry detergent and a snack.The check in was very easy.And the front lobby waiting area was very clean and organized.My room was very clean and organized.As well .

The room was very spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Also loved that the beds were King and very comfortable.

Shower design isn't great. Water easily came out of the shower.

It?s so clean. The staff were wonderful. I didn?t want to leave.

The last day I was at the hotel I noticed a lot of trash in the parking lot. I forgot to let them know.

The staff was very friendly. I liked the set-up of the room and the doorbell/do not disturb button was impressive. The coupon with keys was a nice touch and I thought the map, at the entrance,of places in the area was a great idea. We enjoyed our stay!

Yes, suite wasn¿t as clean as it should of been. Tv and light in living room didn¿t work. Pull out couch was very very uncomfortable. So as a couch it¿s fine but not for a guest to be on for a bed.

Everything was clean. The breakfast was outstanding. I mean wonderful. I forgot the young lady's name, but she did a phenomenal job. The rooms are clean basically comfortable. I really don't have any complaints about the place whatsoever. I definitely will go back there next time. I'm there to get my dinner work done I go once a year and so far I've stayed 2 times at the hotel and it was great. The pool is fixed up now. Looks nice. Everything is great there. I really just don't have any complaints.

No dislikes

I stay here All the time. I booked through booking.com cause I needed it last minute. When I got there, they said the system had been down all day and they were sending people next door to Springhill. I went there and got a room but still got charged for Townplace cause it was non refundable. They changed the reservation not me so they owe me a stay. Can you please check on this?

Wasn't my fault I had to stay somewhere else

Been staying in different hotels for a month! I stayed in a Townesuites last year & was so comfortable, I stayed for 3 days! Go out of your way for the best hotel night you can find! I would return here again on my round trip!

Not much to speak of.

No HOT WATER! Pillows were hard and flattened quickly. Couple of lights didn’t work. Marriott in name only.
