Other scumbags staying there Illegals, loud music from their car at night

It was quiet.

Resv.smoking room w/kitchenette. There was no kitchenette and was a non-smoking hotel. Would have changed hotels, but already pd and there were no refunds. Also when checking in had to put up a $150 cash dep. which wasn't mentioned anywhere. Also no spa.

We were greeted by an enema bottle at the entrance of our room, continued with a terrible stench of dirty socks and cigarette smoke inside the room, a blanket with a burnt hole, and a piece of chewed gum on the shower. Not a 2.5-star hotel at all.

The Staff was very friendly, and the rooms were pretty clean

there was a lot of Noice outside and lots of people being really load outside in the hallway up until about 3 in the morning

Access to a bed & bathroom. Not much else.

The unprofessional attitude of the front window attendant. The actual lobby was closed to customers. This place is cheap in every area. No bedside lamps, no ironing boards. Had to track down an iron.

The ice machine

Upon check-in they asked for a cash deposit, no idea I would have to while booking hotel. lady kept repeating questions like I was lying, didn't appreciate that at all. Also booked hotel for the breakfast which didn't happen.

They don't tell you that there's a $60 deposit that has to be cash until you get there. So, you use their atm and they get even more money out of you. Also, the tv had so may problems we couldn't even enjoy a movie.

Size of room.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and stated that I would not be getting breakfast which was supposed to be included.

Quieter locations comparing to other near highway hotels. No funny smells. Room is bigger than others. Water is hot and strong flow. Bathtub is deeper but narrower.

Towels and bedding are old and not as clean as it should be. It is ok to stay one night and have a rest. No paper tissue.

Smoking rooms

Lady was rude and short w me...also this hotel doesnt allow service animals and that's a deal breaker for me..

I guess all the channels on the television. That¿s it.

The room had one light in it. All across the room. No dim no lamp just allot of light or no light. The shower was broken in terms that the shower head laid in the tub so I held it to get wet then dropped it to soap then repeat. Bare room. Not worth the $.

Very clean and large room

Staff was not the most friendly but they didn't bother me at all so it turned out ok.

I didn’t get a room because they were full and you still boiled me and even after calling yesterday I still have heard nothing back

Yes there was cockroaches and men was looking in my window

The staff is so friendly and inviting. I will always stay at this motel when I'm the area
