Best Western Plus Executive Residency Baytown

Hotel is clean, quiet and for the most part accomodating. The suites are a very nice size and it's nice to be able to cook my own meals when I wanted. Breakfast was nice with hot food (bacon, sausage, waffles, potatoes, scrambled eggs) available daily.

A few basic items were missing..paper towels, dish towels, pods for the dishwasher, etc. Instead of using petty cash, the staff was waiting for their order to come in. This was very inconvenient!!

The beds, front desk,and housekeeping.

When I wanted to stay 2 days longer I couldn't get the same rate. Had to get online and it was 29 dollars more.

Easy to find

Continental breakfast hours kept changing. Food not on the breakfast setup the full time.

Staff. Lost our reservations that were made 5 months ago just 3 days before scheduled trip. No other rooms available due to major event in town.

Noisy bed and people in the hall late in the evening.

Great staff and hotel. Very clean and in a great location for anyone working at Exxon.

The room had an odd odor maybe from food cooked in there previously. It should have been aired out before putting someone in it again. I had to wash all the clothes in my bag I took in that night.

Clean, helpful, easy registeration

There was some freeway noise. Doable but there was a low roar.

Modern, comfortable,relatively quiet, good free breakfast.

Room phone did not work, some light switches did not work.

The front desk clerk goes above and beyond for her customers. I accidentally dropped my keys down the elevator shaft on the first floor when I was trying to carry bags. She call for someone at her home to bring a magnet and retrieved my keys .

Cleanliness,kitchen with electric burner. Continental breakfast and professionalism of the staff that attended to me. Best Western Plus Executive Residency on I10 East and Garth road is actually home away from home.

Nothing. It is the best in Baytown.

Location and the staff was nice

There had been some type of leak in my room and they patched it up before it had dried out completely. The room smelled heavily of mildew and some type of cover up scent.

Staff was excellent. Hotel was clean. A little out of the way but close to several good restaurants.

Payed way too much for what was given literally hotel had no activities going on at all at no time of the day only the pools if it rained everything was shut down all you could do was be in the room buffet food was horrible would not book here again

lobby very clean and tidy. The rooms were very clean and so was the bathroom. They actually had a real "hot breakfast" and not a brown bag. Hot coffee and water all throughout the night. I would have loved to stay longer!

One thing I will say is the kitchenette. Very convenient, and a nice surprise. However, NOTHING AT ALL in the cabinets! Didn't make sense! Maybe it was due to Covid. How many of us travel with pots/pans/plates/silverware? Would of been nice to use it.

Very clean, spacious, and well located.

Many of the services were out of order, ice machine on 1 , waffle maker, back door (right next to our room) was not secure. Hotel did not make up room when requested. It¿s as if hotel is struggling to continue and has stopped working on repairs.

This is the hotel you think about your entire trip, and none of the other ones live up. Huge, loft-like ceilings (on the first floor at least). Super clean. Kitchenette. Excellent toiletries. Breakfast. Great TV. Couldn't have asked for more.

Our room was missing one or two things that the front desk quickly remedied. It's hard to complain here.

As a weekly traveler for work the rate fluctuates to drastically. As much as $25 a night from one week to the next.
