- I was very frustrated because the pictures are misleading when you book. I specifically booked a room with a wall separating the bedroom area from the sofa/desk area, but when we arrived we had a standard hotel room with a curtain

- I had bugs around my ac unit and the floors are slippery in kitchenette, my mom switched rooms 3 times. First room smelled terrible and she slipped and fell due to floors being slippery, 2nd room smelled like mildew, 3rd room was musty and slippery floors

I was bitten by bedbugs and have the bites on me. I submitted the pictures

They put me in room 101 and didn't mention to me that the AC was out. I spoke to staff about the issue and was told I would receive a call to find a way to make it right. I never got that call.
