Comfort Suites Baytown I 10

I had my family with me during a 3 night stay (3 kids between 7-9) they love a continental breakfast, and I know we were loud. Didn?t hear a peep from management.

Location

Floors in room not clean. Saw a roach. Also beds were not comfortable.

Large rooms

This Hotel needs redo. Even the Bathroom door hinges were rusty. Somewhat run down Hotel

Layout of the room

Bug in bathroom, possibly a roach as well as hair on bathroom floor.

Pretty much everything. Very comfy bed, clean, good water pressure in shower, great staff, quiet, great breakfast offering.

Our first room had a very strong scent from the deodorizer that was used. I had an allergic reaction to it. They quickly moved us to another room that was much better and put an air purifier in the room for us just in case.

This hotel is in the middle of everything. Stores to the left and right and eating places everywhere.

Just our key not working after a certain time on our first day of our stay. Got it fixed at the front desk quickly.

Convenient location for dining and entertainment. Room was exceptionally clean staff was very nice and helpful.

The bathtub drain did not work. Priced too high. Voting location was held from 0700-1700. Leaving absolutely no parking or privacy. Maid left room door open with our pet inside room. No maid service.

Guests should have been notified of the voting day and location.

The hotel was clean and it had a hassle free check in.

The room deposit was not taken out until four days after check in.

Everything the room was not what we booked. The floor was wet from the fridge. We went out for the night came back in at 1 am to sleep and as soon as we walked in the front desk called to complain of noise. When clearly we had just walked to our room.

This hotel was surprisingly nicer than expected. The room was large with a separate living room area and was very clean. The fixtures and countertops appear new. The bed was very comfortable and there were lots of fluffy towels and pillows.Great location.

Good breakfast, nice hotel, staff tried hard to help with problems but hotel has too many problems

Nothing worked. Assigned 2 different rooms. TV did not work in either one. Had to have offsite maintenance come fix the 2nd one. Closet doors on springs so cannot leave open - they slam shut constantly. Everything unplugged/not working. Too much hassle

The Satff, is the only thing I liked, We actually had to be moved due to the sheets being stained with blood stains

The pool was very dirty, Worms were in the pool and the hot tub, People were in the pool wo did not have a room there, and they were opening the gate for all their friends to come in. I pay for a room just for the pool so my kids can enjoy it. HORRIBLE

Nothing at all

Just about everything. elevator was out. My oatmeal exploded in the microwave. Eggs for breakfast sucked. Walking up stairs with arthritis is not a good thing. Im sure I can thinnk of more things, but this is enough for now.

Very comfortable room, clean, good shower and nice bed

A drawer in the dresser wouldn't stAy completely closed. When I arrived a blanket was squeezed in the drawer to hold it closed.

Nice clean rooms.

Internet connection never worked. Could not get work done. They try to sneak additional charges for safe onto bill.
