Eco Inn Suites by Hotel O Baytown

The only thing I liked is that it was near where I needed to stay. Other than that it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Couldn't shower, hot water was out. They wouldn't refund my money so that I could stay somewhere that I could take a shower. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Beds and linens stunk, room was filthy. Something was all over pillow cases

Water Pressure and noise from machinery in next room or space

Not a lot of outside noises

Rooms was a little dated

The hospitality.

The location that is a little inconvenient.

Everything but the hot water.

Did not even clean the room

I have to be honest and say that the stay was not a pleasent stay at all.

Dear Booking.com I went to the hotel , the hotel manager apologised to me that he cannot host me because there was no electricity due the last storm,  I requested him to cancel my reservation and refund my money back , he said this is Booking.com concerning they have return it the back to me , I sent so many messages to you but no replies,  therefore kindly refund my money back I wasted one hour drive and fuel ,to reach  the hotel for nothing. Regards

Didn’t stay the walls are falling down, crackheads everywhere. Couldn’t get out of the car from them running up trying

This place should be condemned. And that’s not an exaggeration at all.

The only thing I liked was the friendly staff. They were great!

Fridge not plugged in, coffeepot broken, outdated anddirty room.

Nice rooms, friendly staff and everything underone roof.

No room service available for food delivery.

The AC did not work and had to relocate in the middle of the night.

Location was not bad to where I needed to be.

Dirty and unfriendly staff.

It was easy to find and the staff was very prompt in getting my whole group settled in. The clerk helped us find places we needed to go to.

It is in the process of being updated, so that is what I would have suggested.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel had constant construction which included painting and leaking water and bugs everywhere.We were in a roach infested room which was undergoing construction on the outside.

Too much construction and very large roaches!

Fridge, coffeemaker, micro, hairdryer in room-nice.

No elevator; handicapped and room was upstairs; faucet water was hot only.

Straight up trash I’ve never in my life seen nothing like the filth roaches everywhere

I wouldn’t want this place to have anything to do with my website it wouldn’t even be offered on here

I did not stay no rooms but rooms were sold to many people

nothing place is a DUMP

nothing really other than the fridge and microwave included

everything else

Decent breakfast buffet.
