Friendly staff

Elevator was out and I was on the top floor(3rd). Had to use stairs along with every else.

The receptionist she was very patient and helpful

No microwave in the room.Travelling with kids,I had to come down from 3rd floor to warm milk or water for my kids

Breakfast was cols and not alot of options and they count the towels and we traveled 19 hours and stayed 3 days and the pool was closed

Nothing, nothing charge to much for dog,dog stations empty no poop bags, No

I am still waiting. For my $50 incidentals deposit. There. Is no reason it should not have been debited back to my card immediately. I have never had this issue. So it is not my bank, holding the funds

Mrs Anne was very very rude. I rented a room one night came back two nights later on the way back from a funeral and tried to rent a room again. She was extremely rude smart mouth was rude to my cousin when she asked to use restroom. And refused 2 rent ag

The cleanliness of the room and air. Close restaurants near by. No loud niose.

Staff was hard to find.

Price was good for location.

There was not water my last day. I was unable to bath etc.

We loved the size of the room.

The breakfast was mediocre at best. The muffins were stale, the bananas were badly bruised and mushy. The room smelled like someone had just sprayed perfume in it. I called for non feather pillows and they had none.

Very clean and our room was close to the outside door so made loading and unloading easy.

The breakfast was okay but not anything to right home about.

Hotel room needs to be upgraded. Old things need to be replaced

The walls where peeling off or almost peeling off due to leaks/water damage, specifically room 207 by the couch

There was water damage throughout. There were some updates done to the room, but the other issues killed the experience for us. Our room smelled of urine. I requested freshly laundered duvets and was only brought duvet covers. We had three people in our group and only two bath towels. The AC did not cool well. Definitely do not recommend this property.
