Americas Best Value Inn-Baytown

Better than expected, well furnished and recent remodeling made this older hotel unexpectedly pleasant.

Staff friendly manager very help when we had to stay another day because of hurricane delta.Smoke alarm kept beeping ,management was quick to resolve problem.

Entrance door made noise ,when it was close.

Great value and location.

Lighting too harsh. Needs dim lighting on bedside table for watching tv.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. I stayed two nights and the location was perfect for the events I was attending. The room was updated and I enjoyed the wifi and HBO.

I did notice that towels had been taken out of the room and were not replaced, but one call down to the office and a short trip downstairs and I got new ones without much hassle.

Customer service attitude was great

Had to change rooms 4 times one room at didn't work the other two rooms the maids didn't clean when we went in it look like someone trashed the place so me and my family didn't get to rest until almost 3 in the morning

The workers were nice and they hotel was very quiet and friendly

It was one of the nastiest hotels I been in. Smelled, had dirt all under edge of bed. Just a very bad experience. Wouldn't resist all!!! $93 and not worth $40

I didn't like anything about this place. Looks better outside than inside for sure.

The drive there was the only likable thing.

Everything I didn't like. Dirty everything. Couldn't even take a shower, sleep, or unpack. It was just so disgusting along with getting my booking and accommodation horribly incorrect. Left the next morning.

Staff was friendly, helpful and considerate. Management was great. They listened to us and help us on a daily basis.

That we had to say our goodbyes when our time was up to move to another location.
