I should’ve been able to get the room @ $--- a night vs the $--- flexible cancellation rate being I knew I was not going to cancel due to a surgery

Loved the hotel, modern, clean and affordable.

Hotel oriented in such a way that you can't see the bridge from the rooms. Best views are at the end of the hallway and not in your room. Planners completely missed the mark. Could have offered some of the most iconic views available in Houston. Sad.

clean, modern, by the water, from the crowds so you can have some quiet times. Nice facility, gym, pool, bar, etc.. Staff are nice too.

Maybe because it is near the water, we found there were lots of mosquito outside near the hotel when taking a short walk. This needs to be somehow addressed.

The Staff was great.

It's not a dislike just potential risk of fishermen and truckers. Trucker can't park and sleep or idle fisherman can't fish in private property guess risk

The location was beautiful and a lovely getaway. nice pool and hottub and the resturant was some of the best food i EVER had!!

we had our baby with us and needed a room with a tub. The tub was grimy and kind of gross. There was no trash bags. a water bottle was five dollars. And the bed felt very small more like a queen size then a king. Paying over $200 just for one night I expected a lot more. Also the front desk people were short with us and kind of rude. and did not provide any details about breakfast or food or amenities. i had to call to ask and they were very rude on the phone

The room was beautiful and clean and I loved the shower!

My coffee maker didn’t work!!!! It was very disappointing. I like to enjoy coffee in my robe in peace and quiet in the morning and I couldn’t.

Staff was nice and the rooms were clean.

On Booking.com it showed a picture that the room was facing the lake, but in actually the room we booked was for the parking lot view. Also the shower did not work.

Restaurant was too expensive so we left to eat. I still have yet to receive my refund from the required $50 per night deposit. It seems excessive that I must call a month later to chase down my required deposit that I was told would ve refunded in 7 business days.

We chose the Hyatt Regency Baytown because we wanted to stay outside of Downtown Houston and at the same time close to the NASA Space Center. Great views out into the bay, no parking fees. Modern and very clean, staff friendly. Exceptionally good breakfast at the restaurant.

ABSOLUTLEY LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. CONVENIENCE IN EVERY DETAIL IN THE ROOM, FOOD AND ACCESIBILITY TO POOL. MADE ME FEEL I WAS IN MY OWN LITTLE ISLAND.

NO COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST. THATS ABOUT IT.

We where traveling on business and this location was perfect! Great hotel and will come back here next business trip

The restaurant, we had breakfast, the food was good very good and fresh. The service was a little ordinary. We needed to ask for everything. Waitress had two tables and seemed nonchalant and not engaged.
