Days Inn by Wyndham Baytown East

Nothing. 1. The room is yellow from Smoke. 2. The ac does don’t blow air throughout the whole room 3. Be prepared to sleep with one sheet. 4. Pillows smelt like smoke 5 cigarette holes in the blankets 6. Lights very dem 7. Don’t walk barefoot on floors

No non smoking rooms. This hotel was absolute trash. They bulldoze it !

Was clean

Water was turned off for repairs at 8pm thought it would be back on before morning.Had a funeral to go to.No breakfast no coffee was given 2 days of rental back

Quiet, clean and relaxing. No one bothered me at all and thats what I wanted. I did have some trouble getting in touch with the managers up front. But otherwise perfection!

I was surprised that the room I stayed was very clean and organized. The staff in the office was very helpful and he helped me out getting some prints.

There is only one thing that I don't like about the hotel. There was no USB ports on the table or other materials. They should put a USB charger for the customer in each room.

That we only stayed in it two nights instead of the three originally planned. Close to a DQ!

Staff was awful, front desk person didn't really want to speak with us and answer questions that we had about our room, and maid service basically told us that we had to let her clean the room NOW if we wanted it cleaned at all after our first night there

Leaving

Customer service was the worst! We were there on a hunting trip. Asked for an hour later check out so we could shower before our journey home. Would not even consider it. The internet worked rarely and my business depends on that connection.

Clenaing services

The blankets were too thin. Couldn't stay warm at night. The breakfast could use some improvement

Address did not show on navigation drove around for a hour and called motel to get address from next door to get me there

Location

Front desk staff unpleasant, not many choices for breakfast-waffles were terrible, room had a very odd smell

Hotel was better than I expected for the one star rating.

Some inconsiderate person parked right in front of my room so I had to park further away but hotel had no control over that. LOL.

Clean room.quiet.staff was nice

It was very clean and nice.

Customer service was horrible, room was dirty. Many other places to stay. Would not recommend

Cleanliness

Breakfast wasn't what I would expect from a Days Inn.

There was nothing to like about the hotel.

Almost everything was not nice.

Room was very comfortable, clean and well furnished.

The "breakfast" was only a honey bun and coffee. No fruit or juice.

Location and size of the room

No turn down service and no decent amenities. There was only enough for one cup of watered down coffee even though there were two of us staying.

We booked and pre paid online, when we arrived and checked in, the man at the front desk came out to our car where we were unloading our things, and said our card declined. We told him we pre paid already but he was not making any sense. We check our account to verify and show we paid but he was uninterested. We then noticed that he tried to charge us the full amount again but luckily our card was locked. Never come here unless you want to get scammed.

The room was clean and fine, beds comfortable , quiet location.

The breakfast even though included was stale and disappointing don't advertise it if y'all aren't going to put effort in it.
