Candlewood Suites Baytown By IHG

I was shocked that this tucked away hotel was so glorious! The room was so quiet and clean and well stocked, the bed and linen quality was 5 star, the staff were absolute angels, and the extras included were wonderful. I highly recommend.

Carpet was dirty and smelled like urine turned up AC drown out smell room was clean other than carpet

I wish the rooms were a tad bit larger . Would like a table on both sides of the bed

Was supposed to be be a king bed it wasn¿t and the hotel smelled like a dirty ashtray especially my room

There wasn¿t any bad odors, except the maintenance man¿s room on the first floor. It made the hallways wreak of weed and cigarettes. Nice guy though.

The general manager curses in front of guests to the other employees. The dishwasher buzzed, the tv was spoty, front desk staff obviously don¿t like their job, animal waste and cigarette butts everywhere. I had to reset my keys with front desk multiple ti

UNREAL! I was charged a $300 smoking fee when we never smoked in the room. We have a 14 month old baby. My wife doesn't smoke in our car or our house. Why would she do it in a hotel room that charges for this? SHE WOULDN'T! BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!

Great location, friendly staff, clean, excellent room layout

The room was immaculate, fridge,microwave, kitchen with pots and pans and silverware

Convenient location to area of town we were visiting. Full kitchenette and fridge were very nice.

Seemed put together sort of hodgepodge. A recliner that seemed good but was far from it.

Lots of food and shopping near by. Easy to get to.

Rooms had a weird "old" smell

My brother was having surgery at Houston Methodist and the hotel was very close and the location wad conveniently close to all the businesses and restaurants that I like and needed.

Very clean at a great price!

A few former customer items were in the chest of drawers, but the room was super clean otherwise. I think it was just an oversight! The hotel is not fancy, but it is clean and homey.

It was close to the softball park.

ROACHES! I woke up next to a roach on my pillow. GROSS!!!!!

This hotel is conveniently located closely to shopping centers and many different restaurants. I've stayed here many times and the rooms are always nice and clean. The staff has always been really friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
