Clean, quiet room. Excellent common area and fantastic breakfast! the front desk was very helpful in getting our TV to work.

I love the full kitchen and the hand held shower. It was a great set up and everyone was extremely friendly

The bed was a little hard but ok

I left a few shirts in the closet by mistake, but after calling several times, nobody could tell me what happened to them. This is the second time this has happened at one of your hotels. I realize that I am responsible for my own property, but still...

Very clean Hotel, check in was very quick, and they were accommodating. Just about everything someone could need was inside the room. Breakfast was good, decent variety. I would highly recommend this hotel to any and everyone.

The kitchen! Plus, bed was comfy!

Pet fee was $75 for ONE night. That’s ridiculous.

Yes. No housekeeping for a 2 day stay; at a time like this. Slow service and I had to ask the front desk to clean blood off of the floor and elevator left behind by someone at the hotel!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best complimentary buffets I've had anywhere.

I was TRULY IMPRESSED AND GRATEFUL to find this hidden gem! We have traveled and stayed in Baytown several times all with great experience but this one DEFINITELY WON MY ENTIRE FAMILY OVER. We will be back VERY SOON!

Everything was clean and spacious enough for my family of four. Kitchen was well-stocked. They graciously gave us a late check out. Possibly the best part for us, though, was that my son accidentally left a sentimental piece of jewelry behind, and when I called the next day to ask about it they had it! We would definitely stay here again.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Breakfast was great and location was perfect. Near to the main highway and Buc'ees.

The entire hotel was spotless and smelled of pinesol, the dinner and breakfast was great and everyone was very accommodating to my entire family!

Need softer towels and people parking in the handicapped spaces should be made to display their signs in their windshields.

I liked the room because it was spacious and clean. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

Front staff for the evening was unpleasant. When I came to the front desk there was no greeting and she stood on her phone from afar for at least 30 seconds telling me she needed my ID. Her tone changed when she seen the room that I was booking and I thought that was funny. My teenagers were going to the lobby and getting drinks and they told me that the same receptionist was rude to them and looking at them crazy before she asked them what room they were in. Very poor customer service!
