They charged my card 80$ for no reason without my approval. It was taken out of my account in the middle of the night around midnight

Close to city,shopping and dining

Room need to be refurbished..old teared down cabinets, stain on sofas, not comfort to sit on them..dirty

The bed was comfortable, hot water and toiletries.

This was my first time staying the this hotel. Upon walking in it looked like it had been updated, but the carpet in the hallway was old and the room smelled musty and stale. The furniture had spots on it.

Convenient to shopping and restaurants, yet very quiet. Great lighting.

Location was convenient for all of my activities.

Elevator was broken all three nights. I had to carry my two small children on the stairs. Placed on the 3rd floor first, but A/C was broken. They then placed us on the 4th floor. Beds were Doubles, not Queens as advertised and very uncomfortable.

The hotel was great great amenities great breakfast the room was very clean. Very nice. The only thing was the shower didn¿t have enough pressure. I was in that. It was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again until my friends.

I liked the staff on the weekend breakfast very kind and had everything we asked for.

It smells like mildew very badly only got worse in the room. Stayed for 3 nights. Housekeeping only replaced towels. Pool didn't have any towels either. Mondays bf staff was very rude.

Friendly personal clean rooms and facilities

It was what I expected. The staff was friendly and have great recommendations for places to eat. The breakfast we good.

The shower was very dingy and stained. I still had soap ring from last protein staying, and the floors were dirty and sticky. The beds are very uncomfortable. I usually love holiday inn but this one is a definite nope for future trips to this area.

Reserved a room, paid for it, received a confirmation number for it, yet when I got to the hotel, they said I didn¿t have a reservation. Found out later the next day, they overbooked and gave my room away then cancelled my reservation. Terrible!

the elevator was broken and we had to use the stairs between lobby and 4th floor several times.

Staff were very attentive and tried to meet our needs ASAP.

Breakfast choices limited towards end of the breakfast hours. Once they ran out of an item they wouldn¿t refill it. No decaf coffee. Wasn¿t told I needed to request cleaning service at check in so we went without the 1st day. Pool furniture in bad shape.

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. I loved their fluffy pillows. They had breakfast as early as 5:30 which was great because I am an early riser. I will definitely be back.

I did not like that there were only 2 adult towels in the bathroom. I realize we could ask for more but it would've been better if we had at least 4. That will not change my opinion about returning. It was a slight inconvenience that was easily remedied.

It's clean. Staff is pleasant and efficient. The beds are very comfortable.

They say they offer a hot breakfast but ran out of most hot items 30 minutes before breakfast was over. They used a server and you had to wait in line. She wasn¿t friendly. I imagine after covid this will improve.
