Staff is great but given very minimum to work with

Dirty towels, sheets and bed comforters

Staff was friendly, loved cleanliness and design.

The cable was hooked up so I couldn't watch TV, but I was visiting family so it wasn't something g that was major on my list.

Great breakfast and clean hotel.

We were not to ideas the room we ordered. It was a hassle trying to get compensation for the amout we paid for the room when we didn't get the room we paid that amout for. We actually haven't resolved the issue if this.

We visit here from time to time so we can be with family. This hotel is clean and conveniently located for us.

The staff have no knowledge of how to receive guests. i.e. Hello. Welcome. We're happy that you chose to stay with us. They were not unkind, just no hospitable.

It says they have a pool. But was green and closed.

The property was perfectly located.

Upon entering our room, the trash was not emptied in the room. I did not see this as an issue due to the fact that the can was located under the desk and could be missed. Upon checking out and leaving, I received an invoice for our stay and checked my banking app and there is an additional $44.00 taken out of my account. I am currently waiting to receive an email back from booking and Hilton to understand this charge.

The bed.

The shower, the phone in room didn't work. The front desk sat morning was not helpful.

Very clean, in a convenient location, the staff was very nice and welcoming, breakfast was tasty (shout out to the cooks) and the rooms were very comfortable

We found someone’s earplugs under the the bed, and some crumbs on our table when we got to the room but other than that it was great.

Wanted first floor but got 2nd floor. We have trouble using the stairs in case of evacuation
