Pros +
- Nice room. Good breakfast.
- I liked the fact that we stayed in a suite on the fifth floor. It was clean and nice. Also that the pool was open for some of the time.
- The breakfast was amazing! Everything they put out was delicious.
Cons -
- Check-in is at 4, we went in at 1 and requested a 5th-floor room. When we went at 4:30 to check in it was not ready and we had to wait in the lobby until 6:15. They gave us no discount or anything for the inconvenience. A lot of money for little roomtime.
- The only issue was the noise from the air conditioner. Each time it came on, the cover would make a loud bang. The unit would quiet down a little after that, but was still pretty noisy.
- It was odd that there were no ice machines or cold drinks such as tea offered to guests.
