Location was good.
The rise in price just because of so many events going on in Austin.

I needed a hotel within a certain budget for me and my family. I read the reviews on the hotel and gave it a try, although I was worried I was gonna experience the, "You get what you pay for," but it was on the contrary. The room was clean and the beds were just fine. I was very happy to find that the bathroom was clean, neat, and plenty of towels. The a/c worked great as well.
The only thing I can think of I didn't like is that the person at the front desk wasn't very welcoming but not mean either.

The beds are ancient. Unbelievable that the mattress are in such horrible shape. The room was clean. The breakfast was fine.
Location like many in the area is directly off of the very busy road. Not possible to not have a noisy room.

The location was perfect. I could be where I needed to be within 10-15 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.
It was no fault of the property. But the homeless situation in the area is quite bad. I never saw any on property, which was very nice.

Variety of breakfast. The amenities.
When room service did our room they only did half of it. Only did one bed. Did not have variety of channels. No internet in the room.

The fact that I was actually able to extend a late checkout to 12pm. I can¿t say enough on how terrible my experience was at this hotel. It wouldn¿t fit. But I felt very disrespected and neglected. Do not stay here.
The service was absolutely terrible. I left there feeling very humbled and hurt. The area was not great but the only hotel I found last minute, the front desk host Amir was so incredibly rude and started yelling at me. Never met anyone like that before.

Breakfast was very good given COVID restrictions making it a brown bag. Location was PERFECT. Card key reader was better than most hotels.
Pool was closed but that wasn't the staff's fault. Calendar reservation did not give exact location, so I had to find the place by memory.
