I didn?t find roaches, kitchenette, location near several restaurants.
The staff was always friendly. If I needed help someone was always willing to help. Everyone that I have come in contact with in the office have always gone above and beyond
The rooms were clean.

Cons -

For an extended stay hotel, you would think they would put plates, bowls, utensils, pans...but nope, not a thing. Hmmm. Also the ladies at the front desk were quite pleasant and helpful, but the young gentlemen needs to find other work. He's terrible.
People living at the hotel, hanging out with their room doors open where I can see how filthy their rooms were!

The rooms were clean.

The front desk manager. No customer service skills. He should not be working in the hospitality business. It was a nightmare after nightmare with this guy. The second I stepped out of the car I regretted come here because of him.
