Property was fresh and clean. Evening front desk was so kind and welcoming. She knew we had a bad experience at another hotel and just made us feel good. Rooms/beds were very comfortable. We did not do a breakfast but what we saw looked good. Next time we are in Austin we will be back.

Great place to stay! I left 3 jackets hanging in the room when we left. The maid had turned them into the office when I called and three days later when I returned, they were there. Honest staff.
Something that can't be changed. The pool is very nice but is built in a way that there is no sun after mid afternoon . That might not be a problem for some people so hardly worth mentioning.

Location was perfect for the work conference that I had. Multiple restaurants available as well. I forgot my toiletries and thankfully they had full bottles of dove products for use. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Clean and quiet rooms, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, very nice experience.
Breakfast could be more varied, coffee container was often empty in the morning.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. It was a good stay overall!
Breakfast menu could have been better if there were more varieties. There were lots of people so we had to wait for the seat and also the food to be refilled.
