Room was fine and was clean
Staff was not friendly. Health issues from emergency dental surgery. Needed to stay a second night. Staff was not accommodating and very rude. Claimed they were booked but they were not.

Location is very near my family’s home. Roomy, comfortable beds. It’s about what you would expect from a Holiday Inn.
Very noisy on the highway side. Air conditioning loud.

Good room. Nice staff. Good location
We booked the room with two queen beds and sofa. Came to hotel and the guy in front desk told to us - no more rooms, only with king bed and sofa. Absolutely not our option for the family with 4 kids. And he tried to explain how we can accommodate our family at this type of room. But we paid for bigger room with sofa. Offered to bring two more beds in the room. There’s no space for it. We waited the decision and then gave to us our booked room, but explained that something is broken inside. Thank you for trying to find solutions, but how booking can offer the rooms and hotel doesn’t have it. Not a good experience with a kids at the late night. Breakfast was not good. Construction inside the building. It’s not about Holiday Inn
