The location was great, because my kid was to young to rent a car

Everything was great

Convenience. We were able to check-in a few hours early without a hassle. Inquired on our preference of having a first floor room. Room was clean. Parking was good. It was quiet all night even though we were close to the pool. No complaints.

Nothing. Wi-Fi password was not posted in the room... Or at least we couldn't find it.

We absolutely love the location, the staff is friendly and very professional. We love the convenient shuttle service that is provided to and from the games. We will always pick this location before considering another hotel

The room was perfect, I had a great view of the pool. The whole hotel is beautifully furnished, the rooms were clean. The pool was perfect too. Parking was easy, it seemed like there were a lot of cars, but parking was ample. I absolutely loved the speaker that was in the room.

This is such a beautiful property overall, I have stayed here more then once. It has actually become my go to place to stay when I come into DFW! The staff is always lovely, super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice and tidy beds are super comfy. Shower is great. They have a steamer that replaces an iron which I love makes it super convenient to iron/steam the wrinkles out. Pets are welcome for free, which is initially what attracted me to this property. Great location lots of food options, and entertainment.

There were just a couple minor maintenance fixes that needed to be done like replacing dead remote batteries, but nothing big at all. Overall, it’s a great experience.

The location was great. We were in town for a Cowboys game and there is s free trolley that runs from the hotel to AT&T stadium and back. There were options for dining both right there and just a couple miles down the road. The room, although not spacious, was well equipped and had all that we needed.

I would have liked to have a bit more storage for my clothes, although we made it work and the table and bench seating was a nice touch.

Very nice hotel, everything was clean and the location was great.

We booked a king bed and ended up with two queens. The blinds didn’t close all the way and the neon lights from across the street came into our room all night.

Friendly, helpful, comfortable, pretty! great location

I would like to know that everything in the room has been sanitized. and the Rug in the room was dirty, it needed to be replaced, along with the pillows and the seating bench around the table. All of those things need to be washable and replaced with clean ones after every customers stay. I know they get dirty from a lot of people staying at the Aloft, but I’m suggesting make everything so it can be washed and sanitized. Thank you.
