Great location, friendly staff.
Check in was at 3:00. We arrived at 3:00 to check in. It was a group of 19 with 4 rooms. Not one room was ready to go. Not one. We waited over 2 hours in the lobby for rooms. One of us waited over 3.5 hours for rooms. No manager spoke to us, no discount for the room. Nothing. We still paid full price even though we couldn’t check into the rooms on time.

It is a great place to stay. Clean. Location was perfect. Spacious.
The bed was great, but only a child could sleep on the sofa bed. Very very hard. The breakfast was better the previous visits but not the worst. It ended at 9am...a little too early.

We were greeted by hotel employee at check in. During our interaction I learned that he was a few minutes past his clock out time however, not once did he make us feel like we bothered him. Breakfast was simple yet good. Our room was very clean and had it all.

It¿s situated in a good area for me. It was only about 3 miles away from my center. Breakfast is good. It¿s a peaceful place.
There¿s cigarettes smell in room 125.

Location was great. Walking distance to Six Flags and very close to AT&T Stadium. Staff was very friendly. Shower was nice and very hot water.
Check in is at 3:00 PM, we arrived at 3:45 PM and we were told that our room was not ready. The lobby was filled with guests that were also waiting for their room to be ready. The front desk basically went in order of guests that were waiting and gave out the rooms in that order. Breakfast was unimpressive with hardly any choices or variety.

Staff was fabulous. Beds were quite comfortable and rooms were very quiet. Breakfast was good with gluten-free options.
Elevator was a bit sketchy and access from room to parking lot wasn't great. Sofa bed was odd in that the sleeping area was on the bottom.

This hotel is in a great location.
This chain is my favorite to stay in, but I won¿t stay at this location again. I didn¿t feel safe at this hotel. The door lock was broken in my first room, and the door was opened when I got to the new room. It was such a weird experience.
